645PM- Leave SoHo back parking lot. This should give us enough time to find parking. Parking info is under the first map. 720PM- Meet at the front of Wortham Theater. I'll get tickets from will call and hand them out.
8PM- Concert begins. If things run early, Wortham has a fairly spacious lobby and I'm pretty sure the kids will want to explore a little. I don't see anything wrong with it but make sure you're in your seats about 10 minutes before 8.
930/10- After the concert, there will be a late dinner at Buca di Beppo on 59 and Buffalo Spdway.
I anticipate getting back to school around 1130.
Carpooling:
We have 8 adults and 19 students going.If everyone can take 2-3 we'll be fine. Send me an email about what kids you'd like to take and I'll reorganize it here. If you want to do it yourself, you'll need to have a wikispace account and membership with the wiki. If you are NOT planning on going to the dinner afterwards, you are advised not to take kids that aren't yours.

There are 2 lots I like to use when I'm in the Theater District.
The closer one is on Louisiana and Preston. Just continue down Texas, turn left on Preston and it will be on the right.
The second one is one block further on Travis and Praire. Go on down Texas, turn left on Travis and it will be on the left.
The lots cost money but the new meters take coins, cash, and credit cards.
